An commission form is send, I'll be contacting you with a confirmation through the provided email within 1-2 days. Outlining the details, pricing and any additional questions I may have, just to make sure we're clear on all the important details!

I will send you an invoice once the commission and all requests/details has been finalized.

After the invoice is paid, I'll get to work!

I'll send the finished commission to the provided email for feedback. I'll make adjustments in this stage, and incoprate your feedback into the final piece. Sending you the full high-resolution file.

I'll create a few sketches and thumbnails with an indication of the scene, colours and mood for you to pick from. You're free to give me feedback on the scene and make changes at this stage!

I'll send the (almost) finished piece, asking for confirmation or if you'd like me to make any minor changes. After which I will send the final full resolution file!

All communication regarding commissions is to be done through email.

Please include a description and visible references or a moodboard. The more info the better, references, colors, desired elements, facial expressions, etc. You can even send in your own sketch if you have a specific layout that you'd like (anything simple will do).

I can draw: fanart, ships, OCs, animals, feel free to ask if you have any questions.

I will not create content that is explicit, offense, or inappropriate. Specific restrictions include but are not limited to explicit adult content, underage characters, gore, copied styles.

I reserve the right to reject and refund a commission if I don't feel comfortable with the subject, deadline, amount of characters, etc.

If you have a specific deadline in mind, feel free to discuss it with me beforehand and I'll be sure to let you know ahead of time if I can realistically make that deadline or not.

Work completion require 4 weeks minimum, and may take up to four months depending on the complexity of the commission and workload. Since I'm doing these on top of my regular work.

During the waiting period, please don't hesitate and feel free to contact me to reach out for updates whenever! I'll be sure to respond in a timely manner and address any concerns.

All prices are in EURO. Payment through Stripe, if it's possible, due to Paypal's fees.

Artist Rights: By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

Client Rights: Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the work for personal use. For Commercial Rights, refer to selection below. Personal usage means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetisation, such as profile pictures, banners and posts; prints and framing in personal spaces, display as part of designs on websites and channels and so on. You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphicst, but you cannot alter the artwork itself. If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), an extra can be charged.

Commercial Rights: Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified and agreed upon. Commercial rights mean usage of work on streams, video, and other content, or any monetised instances, or selling or reselling the work to another party, as part of any product or on another platform.

Usage of my work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs: ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is STRICTLY prohibited.

You’ll receive a full refund if for any reason I’m unable to finish the commission or if you feel that I am taking too long, feel free to contact me!

If you wish to cancel your commission when the final product has been sent (such as for a full illustration with a background), there will be no full refund. This is because I will have spend my time and effort in already making the piece to a finished state. By commissioning me you're hereby entrusting me with my vision for said piece.

One large revision allowed. I will ask for confirmation accordingly when I send out the final product. Please let me know at this time if you'd like me to do any changes, please be as describtive as possible for these. Any large revisions beyond this point will result in a fee.

If the commission is over a year old (as in the client has already confirmed the commission as done and complete), I will not do any large revisions nor edits.
