An commission form is send, I'll be contacting you with a confirmation through the provided email within 1-2 days. Outlining the details, pricing and any additional questions I may have, just to make sure we're clear on all the important details!

I will send you an invoice once the commission and all requests/details has been finalized.

After the invoice is paid, I'll get to work!

I'll send the finished commission to the provided email for feedback. I'll make adjustments in this stage, and incoprate your feedback into the final piece. Sending you the full high-resolution file.

I'll create a few sketches and thumbnails with an indication of the scene, colours and mood for you to pick from. You're free to give me feedback on the scene and make changes at this stage!

I'll send the (almost) finished piece, asking for confirmation or if you'd like me to make any minor changes. After which I will send the final full resolution file!

All communication regarding commissions is to be done through email.

Please include a description and visible references or a moodboard. The more info the better, references, colors, desired elements, facial expressions, etc. You can even send in your own sketch if you have a specific layout that you'd like (anything simple will do).

I can draw: fanart, ships, OCs, animals, feel free to ask if you have any questions.

I won't draw: offensive content or nsfw.

I reserve the right to reject and refund a commission if I don't feel comfortable with the subject, deadline, amount of characters, etc.

If you have a specific deadline in mind, feel free to discuss it with me beforehand and I'll be sure to let you know ahead of time if I can realistically make that deadline or not.

Otherwise since I’m working on other commissions and projects, I usually take about 1-2 months to finish (depending on details, complexity and a request for a deadline). For full illustrations this might be 3 months, since these take me a long time next to my regular work.

During the waiting period, please don't hesitate and feel free to contact me to reach out for updates whenever! I'll be sure to respond in a timely manner and address any concerns.

All prices are in EURO. Payment through Stripe, if it's possible, due to Paypal's fees.

You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), an extra can be charged.

You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credits for the work.

I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

You’ll receive a full refund if for any reason I’m unable to finish the commission or if you feel that I am taking too long, feel free to contact me!

If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage and confirmation thereof, there will be no full refund.

Minor changes are fine, large revisions will cost extra. Please let me know at the time of the final product if you'd like me to do any changes. I will ask for confirmation accordingly when I send out the final product.

Please note: If the commission is over a year old, I will not do any revisions nor edits. Within a year, I'll be able to do them for a fee.
