An commission form is send, I'll be contacting you with a confirmation through the provided email within 1-2 days. Outlining the details, pricing and any additional questions I may have, just to make sure we're clear on all the important details!

I will deliver you an invoice once the commission and all requests/details has been finalized.

After the invoice is paid and confirmed, I'll get to work. The invoice is the confirmation of the commission itself, and the terms that are listed here.

When I'm finished with the commission, I'll send the finished work through the provided email!

If a client is unhappy or disatisfied with the product, you're free to contact me within three months after delivery and I'll make edits and large revision accordingly!

All official communication regarding commissions is to be done through email. The finished file will be send to the email provided by the client.

Please include a description and visible references or a moodboard. The more info the better, references, colors, desired elements, facial expressions, etc. You can even send in your own sketch if you have a specific layout that you'd like (anything simple will do).

I can draw: fanart, ships, OCs, animals, feel free to ask if you have any questions. I will not draw nor create content that is explicit, offense, or inappropriate. Specific restrictions include but are not limited to explicit adult content, underage characters, gore, copied styles.

I reserve the right to reject and refund a commission if I don't feel comfortable with the subject, deadline, amount of characters, etc.

If you have a specific deadline in mind, feel free to discuss it with me beforehand and I'll be sure to let you know ahead of time if I can realistically make that deadline or not.

Work completion require a two month minimum, and may take up to a year or more depending on the complexity of the commission and workload. Please keep this in mind before commissioning me, since I'm doing these on top of my regular full time work.

If for any reason you'd like to cancel your commission throughout this year period, you're free to do so and I'll refund you, minus the transaction fees from paypal.

During this waiting period, please contact me through email about updates or any concerns whenever. I'll be sure to respond in a timely manner and address any concerns.

All prices are in EURO. Payment through Stripe, if it's possible, due to Paypal's fees.

Artist Rights: By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

Client Rights: Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the work for personal use. For Commercial Rights, refer to selection below. Personal usage means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetisation, such as profile pictures, banners and posts; prints and framing in personal spaces, display as part of designs on websites and channels and so on. You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphicst, but you cannot alter the artwork itself. If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), an extra can be charged.

Commercial Rights: Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified and agreed upon. Commercial rights mean usage of work on streams, video, and other content, or any monetised instances, or selling or reselling the work to another party, as part of any product or on another platform.

Usage of my work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs: ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is STRICTLY prohibited.

One large revision allowed. Please let me know within 3 months after completion if you'd like me to do any changes. No large revisions beyond this point.

Clients are entitled to a refund, minus paypal fees, within one year after delivering the payment of the invoice, as this is the confirmation of the commission. If the client decides to reach out for a refund after this grace period, they will not be entitled to a refund. Please reach out to me with any disatisfactions within this time period.

If you'd like a refund for a commission when the final product has been sent, there will be no refund. This is because I will have spend my time and effort in already making the piece to a finished state.

All communication and finished commission work will be sent through email. I will not be sending these through any other form of communication. I'm not responsible for the client missing communication or finished files, so please check for updates accordingly!
